Stores metadata about one 3D material settings class.

It's necessary to implement createMaterialSettings() function. In C++ you can use QgsMaterialSettingsMetadata convenience class.

This is not considered stable API, and may change in future QGIS releases. It is exposed to the Python bindings as a tech preview only.
